That last blog was really exciting, huh?
So, I punched the wrong button.
Things happen.

The roof is fixed.
Now we're into other projects.

Like, trimming bushes around the lawn area.
There go some of my apples for fall!
Oh, well.
At least the lawnmower person won't have to keep ducking.

Maybe that will even make the remaining apples that bigger and sweeter.
Hey, we can always hope.

Getting rid of some of the sumac was my main hope, and that has been done.
They were crowding out the lilacs.
While neither of them give me anything to eat, I do love lilacs in the spring!

Sooner or later we will need to cut some actual trees.
The fast-growing cottonwoods need to come down before they get blown down.
They can be quite destructive, if they land on residences or vehicles.
