Well, that was fun.
And the only time I will be able to write 1-1-11.
With all the organizational hoopla regarding a "new year", it's pretty much like yesterday so far.
We have a New Day every day; that's really what we should focus on.
Years are much too long to relate to.

omgosh! i usually like to keep track or at least be aware of the special days but didn't even realise until i read this that i had missed out on knowing 1-1-11.
